Shipping

Shipping is a flat $7.95 on every US order. Orders arrive in 3–5 business days by express courier, and we email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.

We also ship internationally by DHL Express, with the cost calculated at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label. Pieces must come back unworn and unwashed, with their original tags. To start a return, email info@jeans.com with your order number.

Questions

Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. Tracking can take a few hours to update after the courier collects the parcel.

Can I cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, reply to your order confirmation email and we will cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can return it instead.

Can I exchange for a different size?
The fastest way is to return the piece and place a new order.
