RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While we take pride in all of our Jeans.com products, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase we are happy to assist you with a return. We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective Jeans for up to 30 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method except for purchases made with a Jeans.com gift card. jeans.com gift card purchases will be credited to an electronic merchandise return card. Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached, sanitary liners intact and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately items marked "final sale" on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable. Gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
