30 days, free returns
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, and returns are free: we send you a prepaid return label.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging.
How to return
Email info@jeans.com with your order number and we will send your return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we have received and checked your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size is to return the piece and place a new order.

Sale items and gift cards.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
European Union
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, in the condition described above.
