WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
As soon as possible! We work hard so you can have quality glasses at the earliest possible date. Once you’ve submitted your order with your prescription, pupillary distance, and full payment, we’ll get started on manufacturing your glasses. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped however you can also track the order by logging into your JEANS.COM account.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer international shipping with DHL, costs are calculated by DHL.
International shipments (outside Canada and continental US) are subject to our standard return policy. JEANS.COM is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
CAN I GET MY JEANS EXPEDITED?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for orders within the US (excluding Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). You can select that shipping option at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
