How Nigel Cabourn began

Nigel Cabourn started his label in Newcastle in 1971 and has spent the decades since becoming one of the most respected figures in British menswear. His work is rooted in a lifelong passion for vintage clothing, especially military and workwear, and his personal archive of historic garments is the source of much of his design.
