How Self-Portrait began

Han Chong, a Malaysian-born designer who studied at Central Saint Martins, founded Self-Portrait in London in 2013. His idea was simple and quietly radical: craftsmanship and intricate detail, offered in pieces that felt accessible and joyful to wear.
